At the kite school Tarifa Max in Tarifa, Spain you will find all your kitesurfing needs. We give kitesurfing courses for all levels from beginners to advanced (learn to go up wind, jumps or kite course to improve your confidence) in small groups of 2 - 4 people from 20€ per hour. (Mostly the groups are just 2 per instructor.)
We also offer private lessons for all levels where you will be alone with the instructor with your own kite material and in contact with him/her via walkie talkie for direct feedback. You will see how quickly you learn....and how quickly you will begin to kitesurf and begin to learn new tricks.

Tarifa Max kitesurfing school in Tarifa, Spain has been giving kitesurfing courses since 1998. The kitesurfing school was founded by custom board shaper Mathieu Guyon. The kite school is based in Tarifa town on the main street of Batalla del Salado in the O´Neill shop. The kite school is also based in Hotel COPACABANA, 8km from the centre of Tarifa town just in front of the main kitesurfing spot of Valdevaqueros.

With 10 years of teaching Tarifa Max is the kitesurfing school with the most experience in Tarifa, Spain. We have developed the most effective teaching methods for teaching enabling you to learn quickly and safely.

The Tarifa Max custom workshop opened 15 years ago during the windsurf boom in Tarifa, Spain. It was the first custom board workshop in Tarifa and sold more than 3000 boards earning worldwide recognition. Over the last 10 years mathieu and his team have concentrated on the the development and design of kitesurfing boards. His experience is based on studies in naval engineering and with the colaboration of several windsurfing workshops in France and Spain.
